Steven Dossou is a fundraising strategist and investor relations professional with deep roots in the European, African, and Middle Eastern capital markets. He founded IRIS Vision Capital to bring institutional-grade investor relations capabilities to the founders and fund managers who need them most but rarely have access to them.
His approach combines rigorous preparation: crafting positioning, materials, and investor targeting strategies, paired with warm, direct introductions to the right capital. He has worked across funds ranging from early-stage impact vehicles to large multi-hundred-million-euro managers, giving him a rare cross-sector perspective on what investors actually want to see.
In addition to the advisory practice, Steven is the founder of AETHER, a matchmaking platform designed to systematise and scale the introductions that IRIS makes manually. The platform represents his conviction that the future of fundraising is not more cold outreach. It is smarter, more curated connections.
